Terms & Conditions – La Mer Dining

At La Mer Dining, we aim to provide a seamless and high-quality dining experience. By confirming a booking with us, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking & Deposit

  • A deposit is required to secure your booking.

  • Bookings are only confirmed once the deposit has been received.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 48 hours (2 days) or more before the event will receive a full deposit refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event will result in the deposit being non-refundable.

3. Guest Count & Changes

  • Final guest count must be confirmed before the event.

  • Any reductions in guest numbers after confirmation may not affect the final price.

4. Menu & Service

  • Menus are agreed in advance and may be subject to change based on ingredient availability.

  • We reserve the right to make reasonable substitutions where necessary.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • The client must ensure that the kitchen and event space are suitable for service.

  • Any damages to equipment or property caused by guests are the client’s responsibility.

6. Allergies & Dietary Requirements

  • Clients must inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions in advance.

  • While we take care in preparation, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

7. Delays & Access

  • Delays in access to the property or kitchen may affect service timing.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

8. Force Majeure

  • We are not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our control (e.g. weather, travel disruptions, government restrictions).

  • In such cases, we will aim to reschedule where possible.

9. Liability

  • La Mer Dining is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.
