Terms & Conditions – La Mer Dining
At La Mer Dining, we aim to provide a seamless and high-quality dining experience. By confirming a booking with us, you agree to the following terms:
1. Booking & Deposit

A deposit is required to secure your booking.

Bookings are only confirmed once the deposit has been received.
2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 48 hours (2 days) or more before the event will receive a full deposit refund.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event will result in the deposit being non-refundable.
3. Guest Count & Changes

Final guest count must be confirmed before the event.

Any reductions in guest numbers after confirmation may not affect the final price.
4. Menu & Service

Menus are agreed in advance and may be subject to change based on ingredient availability.

We reserve the right to make reasonable substitutions where necessary.
5. Client Responsibilities

The client must ensure that the kitchen and event space are suitable for service.

Any damages to equipment or property caused by guests are the client’s responsibility.
6. Allergies & Dietary Requirements

Clients must inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions in advance.

While we take care in preparation, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
7. Delays & Access

Delays in access to the property or kitchen may affect service timing.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our control (e.g. weather, travel disruptions, government restrictions).

In such cases, we will aim to reschedule where possible.
9. Liability

La Mer Dining is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.
