La Mer Dining was born from a simple idea: that a meal should feel like it belongs to the place it's served in. Fresh, local, unhurried — cooked in front of you, not sent from a kitchen you'll never see.

We work out of Kaş and Kalkan, and travel across Turkey for the right occasion — villas, yachts, weddings, private parties. Give us your dates, your guest count, and where you'll be, and we'll take it from there.
